You don’t necessarily need experience as we provide full training.    This is a part time role for 22.5 hours supporting some mature people who share a home. It's an exciting time to join us as we look to build our team and develop services to ensure we’re delivering excellent quality and outcomes for the people we support.    The role in Faringdon is for female applicants only, where gender is considered to be a genuine occupational requirement in accordance with paragraph 1 of Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010.   This is a sleep in service where all support workers are paid £50-£70 extra per sleep-in.
