Join the team at learning disability charity Brandon Trust's Social Enterprise Fired Up in Yate, South Gloucestershire; we have an opportunity for a project co-ordinator oversea the project and provide leadership to the team. This is a part-time role of 18 hours a week.
Fired up is a purpose-built employment training unit, the pottery supports up to 30 people with learning disability, autism or both every week; enabling them to develop their skills and experience. We’ve a range of products that we design and develop to sell from the studio and attend a variety of art & craft events. In addition, we have 2 thriving Hobby Classes running each week open to the public and provide painting parties, workshops and offer a kiln firing service.
Brandon exists to enable children, young people and adults with a learning disability, autism or both, to live life in the way they choose. We provide high-quality, individualised support to around 1,600 people and have a staff team of over 2,000.

Support disabled children and young people at learning disability charity Brandon Trust’s holiday play schemes; it’s a rewarding role where you choose to work the days, schemes and venues that suit you.
Children enjoy fun activities at schemes that run in the February, Easter, May, summer and October school holidays in Yate, Little Stoke, Staple Hill and Thornbury. The play schemes operate Monday to Friday in summer and Easter school holidays and three days a week in other school holidays. Hours of work are generally 9:30am – 3:30pm, although there may be the occasional longer day.
We work with children and vulnerable people, so our clearance processes can take some time; apply now for the opportunity to work on our schemes this summer and beyond.
