This is an exciting development opportunity at Brandon Trust for someone with experience of working with people with learning disabilities and/or autism, or people who communicate through their behaviour.   Under strategic leadership from the Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Advanced Practitioner and with the support and guidance of the learning & development team, you’ll facilitate and deliver behaviour support training (PBS and PBM) and provide advice, guidance and practice leadership to support teams.   We’re committed to implementing Positive Behaviour Support to enable the people we support to have a high quality of life and reduce, wherever possible, the risk of behaviour that challenges.      This is a full-time, permanent position, working across Oxfordshire.
