Delivering excellent quality and outcomes for the people we support is at the heart of everything we do and as a locality manager you’ll be instrumental in ensuring our high standards are met. Based in Bristol you'll manage some of our existing services and the development of new services.
You will be the registered manager of services supporting adults living in supported living or a nursing service that are registered with CQC. We provide supported living services, and residential support in nursing homes, employment support, young people's outreach and services provided in day centres.
You’ll have the autonomy to be creative and develop services to meet individual outcomes and be part of a strong, motivated team of locality managers.
This is a part-time fixed term contract until April 2022 for 32 hours a week.
Learning disability charity Brandon Trust’s Elm Tree Farm is a social enterprise within a busy 35-acre site in Stapleton, Bristol. This vibrant, busy farm provides an opportunity for training, employment and wellbeing outcomes for people with a learning disability, autism or both.
In this interesting and rewarding role, you’ll assist the animal husbandry project leader to support the people who attend, help to continue to develop the project, support with the day-to-day running of the farm and contribute to running projects and activities.

You’ll support seven individuals with profound and multiple learning disabilities in a registered care home in Bedminster in South Bristol. You’ll get to build relationships with the individuals you support, play a big part in improving the quality of their lives and see the results of your support. There are no waking nights.
We’ll support your CPD and Revalidation, your learning needs and clinical practice through training, our internal clinical network and external networks. Join learning disability charity Brandon Trust as a Bank support worker and discover a genuinely rewarding role where working on a casual basis gives you flexibility. You’ll support people with a learning disability, autism or both at home and in the community to live life in the way they choose. You don’t necessarily need experience as we provide training. Alternatively, you may have experience as a care assistant or care worker.
As a casual waking nights support worker in the Bristol area, you’ll have the choice of a number of hours worked each week on a casual Bank contract. You’ll work nights/evenings, generally it’s a fixed shift from approximately 9.15pm to 7.15am. There will also be occasional daytime working, for example to attend training courses.

We also offer waking nights contracts where you’ll have a guaranteed number of hours work each week on a rolling rota. There will also be occasional daytime working, for example to attend training courses.
