Initially you will work alongside the manager and the business development team, along with the families and young people, to set up the service.   You’ll support them in all aspects of their busy lives. Initially there is likely to be some hours supporting the individuals in the lead up to them moving home, as well as some hours working in some other, nearby services.

Join learning disability charity Brandon Trust as a support worker and discover a genuinely rewarding role with plenty of training, support, a competitive salary, benefits and opportunities to develop your career.   You'll join a vibrant outreach service in Pucklechurch, near Bristol, supporting six people who live either independently or with their family. We offer an outreach service, enabling the individuals to access the community, to use various clubs and activities and to try new things. Hours of support are generally Monday to Friday 8.15am to 4.45pm with some evenings and the possibility of future weekend work.
