Brandon Trust is a charity supporting people with a learning disability, or autism, or both to live life in the way they choose. Enabling individuals to achieve their goals brings a sense of fulfilment, as well as an opportunity to develop your career.   As a ‘waking nights support worker’ in Andover, you’ll have a guaranteed number of hours work each week on a rolling rota. You’ll work nights/evenings from 10.00pm until 7.00am, this role is for 27 hours which means covering three nights in the week to include weekends.     There will also be occasional daytime working, for example to attend training courses.   If you’re new to social care we provide full training, including the nationally recognised Care Certificate, as well as training tailored to the needs of the people you support, a thorough induction and plenty of career development opportunities.

Join learning disability charity Brandon Trust as a casual bank support worker in Andover and discover a genuinely rewarding role where working on a casual basis gives you flexibility. In this key worker role you’ll support people with a learning disability, autism, or both, at home and in the community to live life in the way they choose. You don’t necessarily need experience as we provide full training. Alternatively you may have social care experience as a care assistant or care worker.   You’ll have flexibility and access to shifts that suit you; you could work for a day here and there, for a number of months, evenings only or weekends only. As this is a casual role shifts are not guaranteed.
