Join learning disability charity Brandon Trust as a bank support worker and discover a genuinely rewarding role where working on a casual basis gives you flexibility. In this key worker role you’ll support people with a learning disability, autism, or both, at home and in the community to live life in the way they choose. You don’t necessarily need experience as we provide full training. Alternatively you may have social care experience as a care assistant or care worker.
You’ll have flexibility and access to shifts that suit you; you could work for a day here and there, for a number of months, evenings only or weekends only. As this is a casual role shifts are not guaranteed.
