Brandon Trust is a charity supporting people with a learning disability, or autism, or both to live life in the way they choose. Enabling individuals to achieve their goals brings a sense of fulfilment, as well as an opportunity to develop your career.   As a ‘waking nights support worker’ in Andover, you’ll have a guaranteed number of hours work each week on a rolling rota. You’ll work nights/evenings from 8.00pm until 8.30am, this role is for 37.5 hours which means covering three nights in the week to include weekends.   There will also be occasional daytime working, for example to attend training courses.   If you’re new to social care we provide full training, including the nationally recognised Care Certificate, as well as training tailored to the needs of the people you support, a thorough induction and plenty of career development opportunities.
